Booking Terms and Conditions

The following booking terms apply to all transport service bookings provided by transport service providers directly registered with Diamant Limousines SARL and their employees.


+ General Conditions

Vehicles and Booking Categories

  • The vehicle images displayed on the platform are for illustrative purposes only to represent the class of vehicle used.

Rules in the Vehicle

The following rules apply to each trip:

  • No smoking in the vehicle.

  • Seat belts must be worn.

  • The vehicle must be treated with care.

If these rules are not followed, or if inappropriate behavior such as vandalism or activities that disturb the driver occur, the user must still pay the agreed amount, minus any potential savings.
Additionally, the service provider may seek compensation from the user or passenger for any repair or cleaning costs exceeding normal wear and tear.

Baby/Child Seat

  • If you require a baby or child seat, please indicate the number of seats needed in the “Child Seats” section on the “Choose a Vehicle” page.

  • If no seat is requested and the trip cannot be completed, standard cancellation terms will apply.

Animal Transport

  • If you are traveling with an animal, please add a comment under “Enter your contact details” in the “Comments” section.

  • Diamant Limousines SARL cannot guarantee that all providers accept animals.

  • We will provide the service provider’s contact information so you can confirm the details directly, or you may also contact Diamant Limousines SARL.

Luggage

  • The allowed number of luggage items per booking class is specified on the “Choose a Vehicle” page.

  • For excess luggage, please leave a comment when entering your contact details. Acceptance of extra luggage is not guaranteed.

  • For trips with unaccompanied luggage, prior approval is required. Please indicate this in the “Comments” section.

  • Requests exceeding standard services require verification of availability at the time of booking.


+ Cancellation Conditions

Transfer Cancellation

  • Free: Up to 120 minutes before the agreed pick-up time.

  • 100% charge: Less than 120 minutes before the agreed pick-up time.

For airport pick-ups:

  • If the flight number was provided: Free cancellation up to 120 minutes before the actual landing or end of additional airport waiting time.

  • If no flight number was provided: Free cancellation up to 120 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

Hourly Booking Cancellation (Vehicle with Driver)

  • Free: Up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.

  • 100% charge: Less than 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.

For airport pick-ups:

  • If the flight number was provided: Free cancellation up to 60 minutes before the actual landing or end of additional airport waiting time.

  • If no flight number was provided: Free cancellation up to 60 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.


+ Waiting Time Conditions

Included Waiting Time

  • Non-airport pick-ups: 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Airport pick-ups:

    • 60 minutes after actual landing if the flight number was provided.

    • 15 minutes if no flight number was provided.

Paid Extension of Waiting Time

Transfer

  • Passengers can request extra waiting time. Extension is subject to driver availability.

  • Cost: 1.80 CHF per minute plus taxes (charged in the booking currency).

Hourly Booking (Vehicle with Driver)

  • Starts either at passenger arrival or after free waiting time.

  • Additional minutes are charged at 1.80 CHF per minute plus taxes.


+ Meeting Point with the Driver – Geneva Airport

(For bookings where the flight number has been provided)

  • The driver will meet the passenger(s) at the Visitor Center, behind the baggage claim area, holding a tablet or sign if possible.

  • If your driver is not at the meeting point, contact the driver using the provided contact details.

  • If unreachable, contact Diamant Limousines at +41 22 753 82 36.


+ Booking Modifications

Stops

Transfer

  • If a stop was not registered during booking, an additional waiting time fee (1.80 CHF/minute) and/or mileage fee (3.50 CHF/km) will apply.

  • Stops are only possible with driver consent if not reserved in advance.

Hourly Booking

  • Stops within the reserved hours and mileage are not charged.

  • Additional mileage fees may apply.

Extension of Booking Time for Hourly Bookings

  • To extend, the client must notify Diamant Limousines SARL before departure and obtain confirmation.

  • Spontaneous extensions are subject to driver availability.

  • Paid extensions are available in hourly increments.

  • All additional fees will be charged afterward to the original payment method.


+ Mileage

Included Mileage

Transfer

  • Mileage necessary for completing the transfer.

Hourly Booking

  • 30 kilometers per hour of booking.

Additional Mileage Fees

  • Economic and Green: 2.30 CHF plus taxes per km.

  • Business, Business Green, Business Van, Economic Van: 3.00 CHF plus taxes per km.

  • First: 3.50 CHF plus taxes per km.


+ No-Show and Refusal Policies

No-Show Passenger

  • If the passenger does not show and does not cancel during the free waiting period, 100% of the trip will be charged.

  • Applies if the passenger is unreachable and has not requested additional waiting time.

No-Show Driver

  • If the driver is not present, contact them directly using the number provided (sent via email, SMS, and app).

  • If the driver is unreachable, immediately contact Diamant Limousines at +41 22 753 82 36.

Unable to Transport the Passenger

  • If a trip cannot proceed due to unconfirmed special services (e.g., child seats, animal transport, large luggage), the agreed fare remains due minus any possible savings.

Refusal of Service by the Driver

  • The driver may refuse service if the passenger:

    • Violates vehicle rules.

    • Is suspected of using the service illegally or for illicit purposes.
